BUFFETT BUFFET and CASH BAR
Please bring a dish to pass at the Buffett Buffet! You will be able to bring your libation of choice to the PHlocking and there will be a Cash Bar available as well.
SET UP and TEAR DOWN
Decorations and set up starts at NOON. Volunteers are needed for set up and tear down.
Everyone is welcome to decorate their rooms with lights and decorations.
Individual rooms will be required to be returned to their original orderliness....take only pictures, leave only footprints!
Extra garbage bags will be provided at the registration desk.

REGISTRATION
We will be asking for assistants to work the registration desk.
Registration will open at 2pm. Volunteers are needed for hourly shifts from 2pm - 8pm.
This will involve greeting fellow members at the door, having them
register and receive name tag/badjes, partaking of the GULP, and general
socializing at the door.
