Here are some photos from our resent trip to Redfish Island. Pics with Jerry Diaz (Hanna's Reef) and with Bertie Higgins (the Key Largo song writer).  Also, the one pic with me and the guy and gal is of  Peg who is the President of the Galveston Bay ParrotHead club and Dave who is a member and his wife Carolyn is on the board. They were such awesome people. Dave and Carolyn invited us back into their home after Kelly and Bertie. What a place. More Buffett memorabilia than I have ever seen. And she gave me a lesson in steel drums.

DES MOINES 2004 PARROT HEAD PROM

Here are some pics from the phlocking we went to this last weekend, Sept 18.  The Des Moines club is an awesome group to party with and they have a great venue for it.  In the pics where you see the prom attendees looking like pirates, it just happened that at midnight on prom night (Sept 18) it was the kick-off for "National talk like a pirate day" so to celebrate, the club handed out pirate gear to everyone and we all did a toast to the pirates at midnight!  Y'all have to make it to the 2005 Parrot Head Prom.  I have to return so that I can crown the new prom queen of 2005.  I hope you enjoy the pics.
