REGISTRATION FOR BUS:
The Carnival Bus is finalized.  A "deposit" of $65 is required immediately to reserve your seat.  Tickets to the concert are optional and are definitely not included in the reservation of the bus.  Concert tickets are available now and are also usually available in the parking lot.

CHARTERED BUS INFO: 
We will leave from two pick-up points, which are:

1st - Hilton Garden Inn in Shoreview at 6:00am on July 19
(1050 Gramsie Road, Shoreview, MN 55126, (651) 415-1956).
It's located on Lexington Ave and 694, NE corner behind Red Robin Restaurant.

2nd- Hilton Garden Inn in Oakdale at 7:00am on July 19
(420 Inwood Ave. N, Oakdale, MN 55128, (651) 735-4100).
It's located north of 94 at the Radio Dr/Inwood Ave exit, west side of the road.

All passengers are asked to arrive early to get organized. We will be toasting our adventure shortly thereof.  Please call Mike at 763-795-0029 to confirm your pick-up location. We will be stopping at Tomah for Mac And D's breakfast and pit stop; then onto Madison by noon where we will refill our coolers. We are about 90 miles from East Troy now, so the ETA is 2:30pm, just in time for the parking lot tail-gating. The bus will be open during the pre-concert parking lot phlocking so you may have the comfort and convenience of its storage compartments. We will recongregate after the concert and leave directly for the Twin Cities by 11:30pm, arriving in Minneapolis by 7am on Sunday.

As always, the bus decoration ceremonies will begin prior to departure, so please allow ample time to arrive and decorate prior to the scheduled departure. Be sure to bring inflatable's and whatever else you can imagine that can be used in and on the bus without causing any temporary or permanent damage. Masking tape works the best. Two (2) coolers are welcome, one big for storage in bus luggage storage area and one small for the bus overhead storage compartment. Garbage bags and paper towels will be provided in a collective effort to keep the bus clean and unspoiled.

One suggestion, due to the heat experienced in the parking lot due to the numerous grills, please consider packing a "cold" lunch instead of food for grilling. A grill will not be provided by St. MinneSomePlace.
